Removing a Pass

In a rare event, digital passes can become disconnected from our database; in this case, you will need to remove the pass from your iPhone and re-install the card. Don’t worry, your current stamps have not been lost, and they will be resynced as soon as you reinstall your card.

You can request your new installation link by sending us a message on Facebook messenger.


When double-clicking the side button to access your wallet, you will not be able to tap links to open your browser. This is a limitation of Apple. To be able to click the links, you will need to open your card by going through the Wallet app. Please see the details below for more information.
